I’m not one to complain but I must say something. I have been a customer of good cents dry cleaners since they opened. A very loyal customer. I started noticing sometimes they charge more than expected. So today I challenged them.nnWhen I dropped off my clothes they wrote $28.99 on my ticket. When I picked up my clothes the total was $40.99.nnI don’t want anything for free. That’s why I work to pay what I owe.nnI asked the clerk why was there a difference. He explained I had 15 pieces. And anything above 10 will be charged the regular price.nnI have been going here for years and had always been told anything over 10 items I would be charged $2.50 per item.nnThe clerk advised that they always charge regular price for extra items.nnThe clerk did not like the fact that I questioned him but said he would charge me what was on my ticket.nnA Caucasian walked in then the clerk said if you want your clothes you must pay.nnAgain I always pay what I owe and advised him I didn’t want anything free.nnThe clerk was rude and told me he would charge me the amount in my ticket and looked at me as if I wanted something for free.nnI told him that this would be my last time coming there.nnHis response was your coming here won’t break me.nnI’m telling you this because if you go to this cleaners be sure they aren’t over charging you.nnUnbelievable people are trying to overcharge after all these years.
