The customer service is fantastic and the checkout is smooth. Three star reviews because they will not stock the shelves for the tool aisle. Also because they're cutters 4 wire and cable are about as useful as a square Tire.

I took my package to the UPS drop off located in this Ace Hardware store on Thursday, March 25th, 2021. So far, according to modern UPS tracking, the package has not gone anywhere.nUpdate: I have adjusted my rating based on the quick response of the management of this store.
