I have purchased so much stuff over the years. I had purchased 2 television wall mounts that I did not even open the boxes except for 1 because I put the receipt in the box so I would not lose it. I returned these wall mounts because I was not going to use them. I purchased them in February 2020. No problems, the staff, and the manager on duty were great. So ever who reads this. Put your receipts from any store in the box until you use your purchase. Then you do not have to look for a receipt that you lost.
Always a good place for non professional tools , good prices and selection...they REALLY need more help .
Nice place to buy cheap price disposable tools that you rarely use. The quality is poor, but if you need a cheap tool for that rare odd job, this is the place to buy. A lot cheaper than big box stores, but don't expect the tools to last with repeated use.nAlways hard to find someone to assist in finding items, and usually a wait to check out
Rude obnoxious check out clerk. Total disaster. Was looking for a garage Hydraulic lift jack, one ton. Computer said had one in stock. Got to the store, had one on floor. Told check out I wanted it. He said no they do not sell the one on display. I asked if it worked, he got real sarcastic. Said we don't sell the ones on display, that a truck was scheduled in tonight and I could call tomorrow to see if any came in. I told I had just driven 25 miles that I would not do that. I had a couple of impulse items. I told him he could keep those also. Shows me how little you care about the customers. You have an item that I want to buy, you refuse to sell it because you only have one. Well I only wanted one. You will not have to worry about satisfying me, I will not be back, I will also tell anyone that will listen how you treat your customers. Must be nice to have a profit margin so high that you could care less about your customers
They usually have anything you might need in the store. And if for some reason they don't, they will go out of their way to get it for you. And to top off the service, their prices are hard to beat!
