William is really good my nails didn't turn out as well when we did my fill in last week so I went back today and he fixed it and made it beautiful they really do care and if there is a mistake maybe they will fix it but they do an awesome job here
I went into this location Jan 28 by the next week two nails had broken and one chipped. I was told I would have to pay for the repairs and also blamed for the nails breaking. The day after I paid to get my nails fixed, another nail broke and I was told again I would have to pay and blamed for my nails breaking. I don’t feel like they tried to compensate me in any way. I don’t mind paying but I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake. The employee said I was scaring him by speaking my mind about having to pay for repairs when it’s only been two weeks and multiple nails have broken. They offered me tips on not breaking my nails again. I am totally disappointed by this lack of understanding and will not return and I don’t recommend. Also, they didn’t wipe down any chairs when they got busy.
The guy was very rough in scrubbing with brush and stone, he was rushing ths service. He did not file and buff the tip of my toes, he did not color good and try to upsell me products, when I decline he started doing bad quality service

This nail shop is located inside Arbor place mall. I went in for a pedicure and we all had on our masks. Staff wiped down after each client. During my pedi i was taken care of. Down from the massage of the feet and legs, hot towels wrap and making sure the polish was right.
