Wanted a color, cut and balayage. Paid $200 for her just to bleach my hair and then argue that it would be more money to color it even though I was only quoted that everything would be less than $200. Will never go back.
Always enjoy the salon services
Horrible service. Left voice mail weeks ago. Never got a call back. Made an appointment and stylist never showed or called me. Go to a Chris Cole salon for excellent service. Not this salon.
99% of the time I am able to get a haircut right away as a walk-in. Phoebe is a great stylist and she earned a loyal customer!
I'm a VERY picky person when it comes to my hair. After reading the reviews I was really skeptical about getting my hair highlighted here but I am SOOOOOOO glad I did. Phoebe was my hair stylist and she did a phenomenal job. She took her time to ensure it was perfect. We talked and laughed. I felt like I known her forever. lol. I was very impressed with the final results. The manager (I wish I remembered her name...I think it was Tameka...I apologize if I got it wrong) she walked over and introduced herself to me. The atmosphere was positive and the salon was very clean. In a nutshell I left very happy and will definitely be returning :-)
