This is the first nail shop in Douglasville that I have experienced that finally got it right. Top notch customer service, they actually take their time to listen to their customers to give you what you want, and you are not rushed through the process in an effort to take as many customers as possible. There is a bit of a wait but it is worth it. Andy does my pedicures every time he is great! Check this place out great family business ud83dudc4fud83cudffe

I highly recommend Top Nails! They are clean and very professional. So many colors to pick from. I usually sit down and tell Loan to do whatever and she never disappoints. Everyone in the shop does a great job and knows what they are doing! The shop is always clean and they are constantly sanitizing.

This was my first time experience here. I had made an appointment while I was over in FT Stewart still. Each time I called, they were uber nice! Time of the appointment, they were very busy (Valentines Weekend) but no sweat. Everyone was working on someone and the wait time was worth it. My nails look AMAZING and this is probably the best my eyebrows have ever been shaped in years. They also gave me this kool punch rewards card, so excited to keep coming back every month. Also just in case I didn’t say it enough, everyone was SUPER SWEET and really nice to talk to

First time visiting this salon yesterday and I must say I definitely love the service! Great atmosphere, they use new tools on each customer for pedicures and makes sure to wipe the chairs after each use. Andy did an amazing job on my coffin nails and the other guy with tats on his arm(not the other Andy) gave me a great pedicure, took his time and all! Satisfied customer!
