The first day I stepped into the office everyone made me feel welcome. Ms. Cheryl was (is) very professional and understanding I explained to her my situation at the time. Ms. Cheryl made me feel like this was going to be home after talking to her I didn’t want to look any further. fast forward I then met wonderful office assistant Julia offer speaking over the phone and in person. These two woman has truly made me and my family welcome. I normally don’t write comments but had to. It feels like a family they care about the tenants. Now that I've moved in when I have a problem come out to fix it. Tucker Square Apartments your staff is Phenomenal. Thank you

I moved out of the Tucker Square Apartment Homes almost a year ago (June 2020). I had many issues with the apartment, the maintenance team and the management staff. The maintenance team entered my unit on several occasions and never left it the way they found it (not to mention they didn't leave a note as to why they were in the unit). Things were moved and not placed back. I had cement dust, drywall dust and a 3rd floor flood issue that was not immediately corrected. I had to send multiple emails and requested just to get these issues corrected. I also lived with one working toilet for 2 months.nnThey had my truck towed just before Christmas. Their reason was because of a flat tire. I asked for the pictures that were taken from the tow truck driver for proof the truck had a flat tire because none of the tires were flat when I pick it up from the tow yard. These picture were never sent.nnTo date, they still owe me $185 from an overpayment of rent. Since my lease agreement did not end the last day of my final month and the online payment website didn't allow partial payment, I had to pay rent for the entire month. Therefore, I am owed back the overpayment for the remaining days of the final month that I did not live in the unit. I have sent multiple emails requesting my money back and nothing has been sent to my forwarding address.nnI was asked upon moving in to write a Google review of my experience, but I reserved my review until now. I did not feel I could provide an accurate review until after I had conducted business with them. I would advise you NOT to rent from Tucker Square Apartment Homes if possible. They are not worth the money you will be paying and the management and maintenance staff do not conduct business professionally.

Ms. Cheryl was so sweet and amazing! They get 5 stars just off the positive vibes that I received. The pictures definitely does not do it justice. They’re even more spectacular in person. Hopefully to be a tenant soon!

My experience at TuckerSquare Apartment Homes was a blessing in disguise. However, at first I wasn’t so happy with the location. But the quiet and having a peaceful stay is an extra addition for me.nnAbout a year after being here came new management. Which brought an extensive amount of making the property better. Also better people who seem to care about your stay here at TSAH...that’s important to me not just having a decent place to stay but trying their hardest to get work orders in a timely fashion.nnLastly I’ll say the management is absolutely one of the best I’ve seen yet in apartment living. Especially Ms Julia Muriel is exceptionally great at what she does. And my reasons are endless. For example her promptness and handling maintenance or any random concerns.
