Great customer service, very professional and responsive team. Kwanna is exceptional!!! Her customer service, caring and helpful personality were a tremendous addition to my pleasant experience. I'm grateful for her, her attention to detail, and timely responsiveness. I truly love my new apartment and am beyond grateful for the entire team at The Park at East Ponce!!!!

Absolutely hate it here I can’t wait until my lease is up. To go over what all is wrong and handled incorrectly I would have to write a book. If you want your money to go towards something nice and decent then just keep looking. This is the high priced GHETTO. Don’t be fooled by the model pictures they put up like me. If I could give zero stars I would.

This apartment complex will take your money and deny you. Please make sure you have ALL the requirements. I applied and it took two weeks for them to even let me know anything. I kept calling and at one point they lost my file, then kept moving the date to let me know if I was approved or not. The communication is terrible!!!. This location is in the hood so make sure you really look at the reviews before you apply. Don’t go to Charlie, terrible leasing agent!!

We worked with Raymon during the leasing process and he's awesome!! Everyone in the office is really nice and easy to work with. We moved in almost 2 weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it!! I wish I could sign a lease longer than 12 months because I'm in love with everything to do with The Park at East Ponce! Seriously. We even have a wifi thermostat. The apartment is so gorgeous and huge!! Thank you to everyone here for everything!!

I’m new to Georgia, from Cleveland, OH and I’ve lived at my previous residence for about 12 years.nI would like to take some time to share a part of my apartment search journey in this review.nDuring our search, my fiancé and I viewed apartments at Park at Ease Ponce. Our leasing agent/Mr. Raymond Carter was nothing less than welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasurento have him assist us during our search. Thank you, Mr Carter, you represent the company well. I also had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager/Mrs. Stewart, and I just wanted to thank you as well for how you advised my fiancé and I as potential residents. The overall staff appeared to be respectful with one another and I admired the great team work and communication skills. Management, you should be very proud of this group of exceptional individuals, keep up the good leadership skills. Sad to say our search continues. Mr. Carter, thanks again for all your help and encouragement and we look forward to checking out the other sister properties managed by Ventron.
