I have been patiently dealing with Wildcreek management for about one year now, while in search for my new home.nnAll seemed well during my interactions with the staff members. In the beginning Everyone was very sweet and somewhat helpful during my apartment search.nnUpon applying for my apartment, I took a moment to gather feedback from current tenants about their experiences living at Wildcreek and they complimented the neighborhood on its consistent calm and quiet culture, however they did express that management has changed quite a bit since they were there.nnFrom the pleasant experiences I encountered, I felt confident in Wildcreek being a place I could call home, and was excited to get the process started, however, I was informed that there was a waiting list for unit availability (After I had already gotten approved for the unit).nnNone the less I was patient with them as they reassured me they would contact me to update me on unit availability as the arise. One staff member even suggested for me not to place my admin fee until a unit became available for me. (This is were things became a headache).nnThe following week I was contacted by another staff member who expressed the urgency of placing my admin fee ASAP to hold a unit which quickly became available, thus I went up there same day to give my money to hold the unit and placed my move in date.nnUnfortunately that unit did not meet my checklist for what I requested, thus the wait continued for another unit to become available. I followed up with them precisely every Wednesday for an update on unit availability and they could never give me an actual update.nnI received about 3 calls in regard to me placing my admin fee, stating they never received my payment, after I had already given my payment.nnFinally I physically went into the office, (a week before my initial move in date) where I received notice that a unit would be available and I could continue forth with my original move in date. Although this could have been great news for some, I was caught off guard due to the short notice of this information, so, I told them to push the move in date back a bit, and asked to view the unit that had become available.nnEvery time I requested to see a unit, I have always received push back.nnI find it concerning that they want future tenants to not review the unit they placed their fees to hold. How do you expect someone to agree to move into a unit they've never seen?nnThey would tell me to come on a specific day to review the unit, then once I arrive, they tell me some story as to why it isn't available for review. This time around, I had enough of the run around, thus I took it upon myself to drive around to the unit and take a look of the deck, and decided to check to see if the door was locked (AS VACANT UNITS SHOULD BE, IF THE PROPERTY MANAGERS DO THERE JOBS CORRECTLY)nnLucky for me, the door was unlocked, and I walked right in to view the unit. If any of you have had issues with reviewing your unit that you've placed you deposit on, here's a secret... They leave the units open for anyone to walk in. I wouldn't be surprised if Homeless ppl spent nights in these units.nnMoments later, I get a call from Wildcreek mgmt that they will be severing ties with me, as I took it upon myself to review a vacant unit, that was unlocked, by they way. It is upsetting that they relinquished me from moving in with them, all because they couldn't adhere to the multiple promises of when I could review the unit.nnI frown upon the poor mgmt and false promises they have given me throughout my patient journey with them. And it's appalling that this unit was supposed to be ready for move in already, as my initial date for move in should have been today 9/18.nnAlthough they did return my money, I am ultimately saddened that all of this could have been avoided if they were up front about the units progress in enough time for me to reschedule, instead of continuously having me waste my gas to see a unit they knew wouldn't be ready for me to see and MOVE IN TO!

Can’t get anyone to reply to emails or phone calls. Emailed two weeks ago, smh I was interested in renting but if this is how you communicate with potential residence??? I can only imagine living here.
