So far my family and I been at this location for 5 months now, we haven't had any neighboring, front office nor maintenance issues. In my opinion, its a nice little quite community.

Mrs. Gina and her staff are great I love the fact that they focus on their residents, they greet you with a smile and get things done without attitude or disrespect if there's any issue it's handle. The maintenance staff A+ they respond to work orders within 48 hours there friendly and make me feel at home. Thank you for coming in and showing that you care for your residents instead of just making a check. This new company is amazing I'm glad portofino and there staffs are gone. It was a lot of work that needed to be done to this complex so far I've seen a 90% change and this company has been here less than a Year.

The new management is done very excellent jobs specially to keep the safety and cleanliness of the apartment and also big thanks for ms. gena and team for all time corporation and fast response.

I have been living here since July of 2019. The apartments were named differently at the time. I was really considering not renewing, but since new management took over in October, I have decided to stay. They have been AWESOME!! I feel more safe and the renovations have been AMAZING!! I will definitely be renewing. With this whole COVID-19, management have been so understanding and compassionate. Thank you for being so wonderful! The office staff is so professional, informative, and I am 1000% satisfied. I recommend them for anyone who is considering moving here. What are you waiting for?! Go in and apply! You won’t be disappointed. I promise!!

Love, they have been very helpful during the time of the pandemic, the new management are doing their best to keep the apartments up to part and rebuild the community
