If i could give 0 i would. Very rude. No support. Scam. And yes they will make you feel stuck. Luckily i found a way out and still able to have purchased a better home. If it says swe homes RUN RUN RUN. Trust me just keep running.

Nice place to buy a starter home or business. They also sell land. These homes may require some work done. (Fixer upper home) The property manager is a really upfront and honest guy. His name is Mr. Antone Means. Just ask for him and he will try to help you the best way possible at SWE Homes.

It takes them months to get them do maintenance on there homes. They’re rude and have poor customer service. I’ve been living in there homes for 5 years and it’s been horrible I just feel stuck at times.
