Do not purchase a home with Diane Clayton Anderson listed as the realtor. She is a scammer. Her and the seller will work together to do as little as promised to ensure they make a bigger profit. When I bought my home, there were several things in the inspection report that were recommended to be repaired and re-inspected at the seller’s expense. Her and the seller did the bare minimum and pretended to get the things fixed. They were either half done or not done at all. A roof repair was recommended in my inspection and she and the seller said EVERYTHING on the inspection report would be taken care of. They did 3 out of the 10 things. They hid things, used glue to put things back together and painted over imperfections and things that should have been replaced or repaired. If you see her name on ANY for sale sign. Do not buy it!!! You will regret it!!! The homes look nice on the outside and even the floors and paint will make you think all of the house was renovated when in fact, it wasn’t. Save yourself the stress, money and headache. DO NOT BUY FROM FIRST CLASS REALTY OR ANYTHING THAT SAYS DIANE CLAYTON ANDERSON.
