I don’t normally do this but I don’t like staying in apartments. I haven’t lived in one in over 20 years but after researching comparing prices and speaking with different lessening consultants. From customer service to cleanliness to price range Ashland pines was the best choice between 3 other apartments. Since the covid pandemic and even before they are there for the well-being of there residents. I’m so glad I choose them I have been here 2 years. Thank you Ashland Pines management and team for all you do.

I would like to tell everyone about my awesome experience living here at Ashland Pines. I have been a resident for several years. The environment is calming, the grounds are alwaysnclean and most importantly, the staff has been professional, helpful and caring; which is a rarity these days . The manager Saadiaah, really cares about the residents and the front desk consultant, Ashley, always greet you with a smile. If you are searching for a place to live, try Ashland Pines, you will not be disappointed.nnJ. Powell

Ashland Pines has been suffering as it pertains to retaining residency, so they have enlisted the help of their sister communities to help generate traffic to their small, lack-luster apartment community. Since they were in my price range and location, i decided to pursue a listing i found via Facebook marketplace. When i called the number provided to me by the poster, I can honestly say, the woman on the other side of the phone was not helpful, nor was she knowledgeable. She went ahead and told me how her apartment complex did not have anyone to work, just her (which had nothing to do with my initial inquiry). Once I let her know that she was not helping me because her attitude was so outrageous, she proceeded to hang up in my face...3 times. Every time I try to file a formal complaint, the mailbox is full or they do not answer. Honestly, I can see why they are suffering as a community and I would give them 0 stars if it were possible.

This place makes you want to clean your credit.ud83eudd22 The pictures of the property are photoshopped and every time maintenance comes into my apartment unsupervised things are missing when I return home, so I had to install cameras. My toilet is stopped up, and I only have one. I started calling last night. No one has come and the gurl in the office thinks that it is sufficient for them to be at lunch while I’m still sitting here with no working toilet! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
