Lucretia Ramsey is great. She gave us good advice on what and how to make our home look its best. She helped us out during the fix-up period with the contractors. She made sure we had good coverage in the marketplace. Once on the market, we had several attractive offers within a short time. Lucretia worked with us and the selected buyer and the lender and the closing attorney to get the paperwork lined up and processed in a timely fashion. She gets stuff done! She sold our house FAST.
