Awful customer service, not friendly at all. Overpriced for very poor work. My clothes were still stained upon pickup. Never returning here and definitely NOT recommend.

I see a lot of reviewers with really bad experiences here, but I just haven’t had those kind of interactions. I use this place probably once a month on average and am always happy with the results. When I ask for next day pickup, he normally says that it will be ready after 5 the next day, so consider that if you are in a hurry. I find the owner and (I assume) his wife to be very friendly. This is the only dry cleaner I used and so far they haven’t given me a reason not to use them.

I feel like the prices are somewhat arbitrary. I get a different quote almost every time. I haven’t had a problem with the cleaning, but as others have said, they are pretty rude. Honestly, the only reason that I’ve continued using them (until recently) is because they are the closest dry cleaner. I think it’s probably worth it to just devote some extra time to going somewhere else for cleaning.

We try to support local businesses whenever possible but we will not return. While our clothes were cleaned to a satisfactory level, the service is unfriendly and the prices are exorbitant, even higher than our previous dry cleaners in Lake Claire - and at least they were nice!
