I called to get pricing information and the guy seemed very confused. I assumed there was a language barrier, but then I asked if I could speak to someone else and he said “don’t talk on the phone just bring it here okay, bye”. Unprofessional.

If there was a negative -0 they would get one I have to say I don't know who gave them an excellent service but I have experienced the worst with a cleaners I took a pair of pants in on Monday just to get the cuff taken out her name him put in they recovered the pants they had to send it back I went back and forth to this cleaners a total of 6 times and they finally have them correct it not to mention I was supposed to leave out of town for a Funeral in Pensacola Florida that was the worst then when I ask the lady to give a refund for the pants we to the fact that I came back and forth back and forth she refused to she threatened to call the Police on me I would never in my life go to this cleaners and I hope the other people have seen this really disrespected in this cleaners due to the fact that black people support this cleaners they make it off of the money that we support them with and that is the worst!!!!!!!

I was quoted $5 to press my suit (press only) yesterday, 8/17/16, went to pick it up today the price was $12. In addition, there prices are extremely high, $2.50 to laundry a cotton button and $5 for a pair of slacks is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes to A-1 cleaners down S Hairston Rd. I will never bring anything back to this cleaners.
