Wish I would have been able to make a purchase from your store it's my fault for not calling a head to have your item put away on hold for me. Showing up because I trusted your inventory but after arriving being told a customer has picked up both items and walking through the store as their +2 inventory. Next closest Ace that has it after I called is Alpharetta, I already came from the Lawrenceville store. I'll pass on supporting local because I tried my best. Driving another 2 hours their back isn't gonna work. Amazon you got my $$$.

Absolutely great. Everyone were so nice and friendly. Starla assisted me, and made sure I got what I came in for. Couple guys helped me out in the auto area. Robbie the cashier who waited on me was fantastic. Even while I walked outside, some one offered to help me. It was unbelievable about my treatment today. Please shop at Handy Ace Hardware. They were too good to be true, but it was very true. I can't wait to go back there. They treated me like I was a queen. Wow, ud83dudcaf Percent service. Wow.

I visited the Ace Hardware store in Buford the customer service was excellent. Folks were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great selection of hardware & the plumbing section is only place in town for the old bathroom faucet parts. Staff was able to help me rebuild my1950s bathroom hardware no problem
