I’m from North Carolina and I came to visit family for the weekend.I was looking for a product that was sold out back home. So I went to one beauty store and they was sold out of what I was looking for so me and my sister in law went to this place. I showed them the picture of what I was looking for and they had it. So I know where to go get stuff for my hair next time when I come into town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is absolutely my favorite place to be, customer service is amazing. They’re always willing to help in the discounts are phenomenal
Will not be shopping here again. Every time I shop here none of the staff is wearing a mask. No one wants to help you. I assume they are getting paid to work there but it's hard to tell. It seems to be more important to talk to one another than to actually do your job.nnI would like to support an actual Black-owed beauty supply instead of a place that's simply 'not Asian-owned' because this place isn't doing it for me.
After having a horrible experience at Venus Beauty Supply, these people were engaging, helpful, friendly and didn’t bother me about having a service dog
I love going to this store to get all my hair supply needs. The people that work their are nice and so is the management. They always have great sales on their hair and wigs and they are very affordable. I also love their variety they have a lot of options for you to choose from. I like that the staff is very helpful and will assist you to find exactly what you need whether it be a wig, weave, or hair gel. The customer service is amazing . This is my favorite beauty supply store.
