Love the atmosphere, employees seemed nice. Each nail tech allowed me to check periodically on the work to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you Tip Top for the experience i will recommend my family here. The reason i didn't 4 star this comment. I believe a little hospitality would been nice. Minnie bottles of water should be offered. Other than that, keep up the good work!
The customer service is amazing! David and Mimi took very good care of me! No one, and I do mean NO ONE can ever touch my nails again! Mimi is awesome, hands down!!!
I tried to come back again to give them a benefit of a doubt . First full set my nail broke after 2 weeks . I came back to get it replaced and a fill in for some reason the nail techs get angry when you don’t choose to get gel nails . So the tech was doing a terrible job and I told him that he was barley applying acrylic to my nails and they were super thin. So another tech walking by saw the issue as well and told him to apply more . 2 days later I see that my nail is cracking and is about to break. I’m so upset and not to mention he cut my finger when he was filling my nails.
Great service. They've been in Stone Mountain community for years. I love the eyelash tech. Very sweet lady & so is her husband.
Dwayne is the man chair #4. The lady next to him is awesome too. Pops who greets you is very nice. I strongly recommend this place
