I have been sitting here for hours getting micro braids. There has been ONE person in my head 95% of the time. Another braider literally only did 10 braids then lo go assist someone doing huge braids in a client's hair. There's another client that came in AFTER ME and she has consistently had two braiders in her head. For $180 I expect BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS. Then the unprofessional one that stopped braiding my hair had a terrible attitude when I asked her about it. She said they were busy.... as if I'm NOT a paying customer.... who has ALREADY PAID. I will absolutely never ever utilize this shop ever again. THIS is unacceptable.

This is my 2nd time coming here and I must admit that these ladies are amazing! I sat in the chair for 5 seconds (well 2 1/2 hrs) to get box braids and it did not hurt at all. Thank you ladies :) much love and appreciation goes out to you guys.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received.nI came to this Salon for a sew in yesterday, and the finish look is very disappointing. The owner cannot lay a closure correctly, the way she did my hair for the price I had to pay Is very ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend her to lay anyone’s closure/ frontal. I hate having to leave bad reviews but maybe I can save someone the headache I went through. All I wanted was a professional hair style for Valentine’s Day but instead I ended up with a hair spoil; Yes, a hair spoil! it seems and look as if I’m wearing a wig. I won’t be going back, this is my first and last visit.nI wish I had a way to upload pictures to show how ridiculous the style look.

I've been in Georgia for 6 years. I ONLY let the lovely ladies of Bintou's braid my hair. They are all efficient, fast and the braids last.
