First time. LOTS of techs so no long waits. LOOKING for Sunday nail shops due to work schedule. Will return to see us they are constant.
Love Mandy! Takes her time and makes you feel as though you are the only one there when you're in her chair. Also makes sure you like your nails, doesn't mind changing it if you don't.
1st time was great. 2nd time was a miss.
I use to go here years ago and I could not remember why I stopped going there so last Tuesday I got gel pedi and sns on my real nails. Steven did my nails. I literally broke a nail the day after I got them done. I had to work the rest of the week and was so upset a had to wait until the following Monday to get my nail fixed. Then I go get my nail fixed Steven was gonna charge me $3 to fix it but I never carry cash so he told me don’t worry about it. Then Tuesday I broke another nail just doing every day stuff. I was wiping my stove down. I remember that’s why I stopped going to them years ago. I haven’t broke a nail in sooooo long. My real nails are long and healthy and not easily broken. I should’ve know when Steven didn’t do the sns how other salon do it. He didn’t even use a gel finish like other salons do he use a regular polish and had me sit a wait 5 minutes for it to dry. I probably should’ve said something then and I might not have broken my nails. Anyways it’s Wednesday and I’m not going back to get another nail fixed. I really hope my nail shop is open so I can get my nails fixed the right way and not feel like I just waisted my money.
I really appreciate having this nail salon right within my neighborhood . They take great pride in their work. I love the partitions that they have put up due to the Corona Virus. They care about their customers safety overall. They love kind customers .
