Nice apartments, but they do not answer the phone whatsoever. I put in an application Thursday and here it is Tuesday afternoon and I still don't know anything. When you go in the office the girl act like she's lost, yet that’s the only way to get an answer is by going in the office. These people are ridiculous!!!!

I took interest in renting and paying up six months to a year's lease, did the application and never got a response back within the 72 hours time frame. The receptionist at the leasing office was horrific in response and mannerisms twice to me. Your advertising and overall business aspects sucks.

For my first time staying out on my own the experience was not how I thought it was gone be. The leasing office people are rude, always got a attitude, get smart with you. Maintenance people are nosy. They come into the apartment without notifying. Bad ant and spider problem. When I called the leasing office about the ants. They said they only treat for ants in the apartment not outside. But common sense is treat outside then treat inside. Was told the manager would call me back. Never got a good home call back. The outside is nice. What they charge for rent. It’s not worth it. Gate is always broke.

I thought this was a nice place to live, but it’s not looking well so far. Research really good before you move anywhere.

I moved here in 16’. This is the best staff by far. If I ever had any problems, they were professionally resolved. Maintenance is extremely hard working and respectful. A very wonderful place to live. Safe and secure, never any issues. Security patrols the area. If you abide by your agreement, it will be smooth sailing.
