Jim is a true real estate pro. Having used a number of other realtors for our many moves, we finally found the best. His skill at matching clients with the right property, negotiating the deal, and following up are truly best in class. It's tough to find someone who answers their phone when you call these days, but Jim was always available to help with a question or issue. We're so delighted with our new home and glad that we found Jim to help us decide which neighborhood and property would be best for us. I can tell you honestly that nobody is better at helping you buy or sell your home than Jim!

When we decided to purchase another home out-of-state of Georgia, we were contacted by Jim Hunter of Atlanta Communities Realty and discussed with him his methods of marketing our home in a 55+ community. Jim came highly recommended by a mutual acquaintance of my wife. Jim reviewed with us how he can provide more information as he currently lives in the Soleil at Laurel Canyon community. He put together a plan where we were able to get the amount for our house that we anticipated. His brochure book of the house left lasting impressions for potential buyers opposed to just picking up a flyer that other realtors have out.nnJim had very good follow up with people that toured our house. Excellent professional. Goes all out for his clients. Very attentive with frequent open houses. Very gently made suggestions to enhance the value of the house. Was very honest with us and always very helpful with what was needed to sell the house.

Jim Hunter was very helpful in finding a home to fit our needs in a very short period of time (one week). interesting enough the house that we ended up buying was not even on the market yet. Jim really knows the market place and is highly qualified as a realtor. I would definitely use him again for either buying or selling a home.
