It’s a pretty nice place, for the value. No issues with neighbors or other tenants in my building, either. The location is great - very convenient! Some of the building walkways and apartment doors could stand to be pressure washed and painted, but they’re always doing maintenance and remodeling, so it’s probably on the list!nnI just wish the office would start accepting packages that don’t fit in our mailboxes. Either that or put in an additional mail kiosk with larger boxes. Having to go to the power office is a pain - and sometimes packages go missing for a month.nnI also wish they would open the gym and common areas for general use. Limiting the gym to one person at a time (accessible during office hours only) pretty much makes the gym inaccessible.

I have lived here almost seven years. The location is very convenient and the street in front of the apartments is not as busy as other places. My apartment is very comfortable for my needs. The office and maintenance staff have always been friendly and responsive to my requests.

Very impressed with this apartment and the staff! Danica and everyone else in the office has been so helpful with my transition! Super clean and located right in the middle of pooler for easy access to everything you need. I couldn’t be happier here!

LOVE the staff and expertise present at the Carlyle! Anytime I have concerns or questions, I can always depend on the ladies in the front to help! I often talk to Danica, who is fabulous and very knowledgeable about the property. She is so kind and helpful! ❤ufe0f

The leasing office and maintenance staff are super responsive. The community is always clean and well manicured. I love all the amenities. I highly recommend these apartments as a home here in Pooler!
