Beautiful complex, and staff always greeting you with a big smile. Ask for Kendall Gonyea as your leasing agent, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.

I moved in 2 months ago and loving everything about Villa at Park Ave. I love the idea of gated community. The front office personnel are wonderful. Thumbs up to Andre, who made the move in smooth and painless. Very quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I would recommend living here to my friends. Love the idea of the community get togethers that they put together. Keep up the great work.

They are not just excellent leasing professionals and maintenance staff they are overall just really good people. I have lived in several complexes worldwide and this has been by far my best renting experience. I moved because I didn’t like the lack of diversity and overall acceptance of other cultures and openly practiced beliefs in the surrounding area but the complex itself was perfect. Thank you all for your professionalism and accommodations. I loved everything about the Villas at Park Avenue!! The garage was awesome, the neighborhood quiet and I never worried about security. I lived there 2 years and never saw the security gates out of service. Awesome staff from the office to the maintenance. If I ever move back to Pooler, I know my first stop!!

I will never recomend these apartments to my worst enemy. They rob you blind in fees for no reason. Please don't be fooled stay away if you want money your pocket. It was a blessing when I was able to move after five months of this highway robbery. I am a homeowner. No more money down the drain
