Sharon Black RealtynnHard working and Integrity are two words I use to describe Sharon Black. I came to her in 2019 looking to sell my home on a short sale. She took on the task and worked with my mortgage company, who were to say the least, difficult. Sharon treats the sale of a home as if she were selling her own. I am very impressed with her diligence and commitment. Based on her efforts in my case, I have no hesitation recommending her and her staff to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. She is the consummate professional and treats all of her clients with respect and dignity.

Sharon is WONDERFUL! From my home in New York, I called her office when I came across a piece of property I was interested in purchasing in Savannah Quarters. She was at the hospital at the time supporting a family member, answered her phone, knew of the property I was asking about and sent me all the information I needed to make a decision e-mailed to me within 5 minutes of our initial phone call. She did all of this from the hospital! Who does that?nI knew right then what type of Realtor she was and I knew she would be the person I would work with. She is detail oriented and will make your dream come true. She also sold my wife and I a house we are living in until I can build our dream home on our property in Savannah Quarters. When I think of southern hospitality, I think of Sharon Black Realty. The entire team is just amazing. Tracie Tomlinson made the process so smooth and was very, very helpful throughout the process. She explained everything thoroughly and was always available! Weekends, days, nights, even when she was sick with the Flu! Just speaking with her over the phone before I met her made me feel as if I had known her for a long time. Sharon was also the same way. When she showed homes she was very patient and was not pushy. She was always available via phone, text, or email. They are very diligent in letting you know what is going on during the process and really know how to keep you calm. It is very clear that these women have longevity and a wealth of knowledge in real estate. The fact that they are truly open, welcoming, and honest is just the cherry on top! Sharon Black Realty has my business and all of my referrals for anything real estate, FOREVER!
