This was my first home purchase and my realtor Mary Mosher couldn't have made the process any easier. From start to finish, her attention to detail from what I liked and didn't like ended up finding me the perfect place! She was easy to reach and answered all questions very quickly and professionally. I would recommend Mary a thousand times over! Great first home buying experience!

I called to try to see a home. I was put on hold for almost 10 mins. When they finally answered, she said “I can take a message and have someone get back to you”. So I said “I’ve been on hold for almost 10 minutes- how long do you think that will take? She then explained she doesn’t have access to the realtors schedules, she only answers phones and “is doing the best she can.” They need better and more efficient procedures in place.

Let’s not kid ourselves it’s not really a 4.8 review. I’m currently sitting in a house that has no AC and it’s 98 degrees outside and I have a year old and a pregnant wife. I had to put them in a hotel so they don’t have a heat stroke while I stay and maintain the home. Couldn’t get the realty company to send out a tech on 24/7 duty. Said it would be pointless the issue still might have not been fixed right away. So it’s all out of my pocket. The owner of the home isn’t even tracking all the details because the company has poor communication. I have called and left voicemails and I have been ignored so now I’m working directly through the tech and owner of the home. Won’t be going through this company again.
