Dawn has become like family to me, my, wife and our son. After renting in Tennessee for a few years, we were nervous about purchasing our first home, and a new build at that. Dawn made sure the entire process was thoroughly explained to us before we signed a single piece of paper. With me being a veteran, she was able to find all the answers we had regarding how the financial process works with the VA loan which was a very big help for us! From the second they started putting the cement down for the foundation, to the day me and my wife signed the final papers and received our keys Dawn has been by our sides and we are blessed to have her as a realtor and a friend!
