This was a great place. The staff was always attentive, friendly and prompt. Fast forward to now. There’s a new company and staff. The staff and company seems to be opposite of the last. Definitely can tell the difference when you go into the main office. The energy is now lackluster. If you see the staff around the property they will walk pass and not speak. I had an issue instead of providing a solution they made an excuse (which was not correct) as to why it occurred. Still waiting for a simple work order to be completed and it’s been over wk (now over a month). No one cleans the buildings. The halls are in need of vacuuming, stairwells have had trash on them for a while and dog feces & cigarettes butts around the front entry to the buildings. Also I have had two of my vehicles hit so I am now careful as to where I park.

My move in experience was great! With the short timeline I was given from my job to move, Caroline the property manager, made it the smoothest move in that I could've asked for. This apartment complex is a fantastic luxury experience and I will definitely suggest this complex to anyone looking!

As others had stated, the complex was amazing, clean and friendly. After 14 months, it is dirty, noisy, and lacks of customer service. Put a service request on February 23rd. As of today April 8th hasn't been addressed.

Our move in experience was great! Probably the smoothest move in I’ve ever had. The apartment was in perfect condition and we could not have been happier.nThe front office staff is always fantastic to work with and have been friendly every time we have spoken with them! Our maintenance requests are answered almost instantly and always with the nicest maintenance staff!nThe community is very friendly and seems to be filled with a mix between lovely families and young singles. We feel right at home and safe. We’ve only met a few neighbors so far but everyone we have met has been very friendly.nThis apartment complex is a fantastic luxury experience and I will definitely suggest this complex to anyone looking! We are so excited we made the move to Parc!
