Haven’t moved in yet but let me tell you Shyla in the office is one of the nicest people! She is so helpful and easy to talk to and will explain anything you need to help you get into your new apartment with ease. Got to take my own tour and the apartments are pretty good! I wish I could give this place a literal zero.This place literally is terrible. The management has changed 3 different times in a year span. They will find every reason to fine you and charge you for something. The will automatically raise your rent and not improve a thing. They will leave notes on your door threating you. They also do not take care of the people here they could honesty care less. They literally will unlock your front door and come in if you are not there and do whatever they please without any care for privacy your rest or anything of the sort. The Gate has actually been broken for 3+ years and is never closed. It's actually been broken so long that law enforcement and the fire department have complained about it on numerous occasions. Let's talk about the gym that they literally haven't had cleaned by anyone since it opened back up or restocked the hand sanitizer or even the paper towels or napkins to clean. Yes I said napkins as that is what they had for you to clean the machines. This place is a literal cash grab death trap waiting to go up in smoke literally as they didn't install fire extinguishers until the end of May after a fire happened again.

Pooler Station is right outside of the busier section of Pooler Parkway, this means that while you're close enough to the grocery stores, malls, restaurants that you want to live close to, you're not quite too close that you're constantly around traffic and slowdowns. The management, from my experience, is fantastic, and I've seen very little complaints about the apartments in more recent times. If you're looking for a place to live, definitely consider giving them a call or popping in for a visit!

I like living here and I like my apartment my only problem is that for the money you pay in rent they should have a better solution for the trash area. The trash is always looking so gross and always overflowing. It's really nasty and there is only one area for the trash for this big of a apartment complex. It's just not a good look for the place and residents.

It's been a pleasure staying in Pooler station decent prices and I really like my apt but mostly because of the staff.. Haley G. the property manager has been the best very friendly approachable and ready to assist and I'll say the same thing about the maintenance supervisor Tyler always friendly and ready to help us when needed even when it's obvious he's exhausted from a long days work he's smiling. Really Hate to see em go! We're left in good hands tho..
