Recently I experienced concerns with a leaking hot water heater that is still under warranty. I contacted Jenkins Plumbing Company at the directions of the hot water heater maker. After several visits to my home to address my issues, Jenkins Plumbing Company was able to resolve my problems to complete and full satisfaction. The patience and professionalism that they displayed was amazing. Special thanks to Sue, Curtis and Patrick. This company has dangerous drivers. One of their drivers tailgated me while shining their brights into my car for no reason. I was driving above the posted speed, passing a vehicle. Unprofessional.
Wasn't sure of them at first had two appointments with them both were no call no show finally they and I got it together and plumber showed and.did a great job and.a.good price
I called several local plumbing companies about a septic line leak and Jenkins is the only one that could come out immediately. There was a plumber at the house within two hours. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem within a very short amount of time. The cost was reasonable and we were very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.
