I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. Even after calling up the chain in the company to report that the facility cleanliness was terrible, it did not improve. In fact, it got worse. Mold is growing in our bathrooms and shower, hair is left in the showers. Cleaning crew seems incompetent and leadership give lots of excuses and apologies. Leadership claims they have no way to hold cleaning crew accountable to cleaning standards.
Jabron and his team offer exceptional service and are always there to take care of any needs we may have at the office. The lady who is assigned to clean for us is so friendly, and I trust her to do a good job. She is very communicative and always stays in touch to ask if there is more she can do to earn our satisfaction. I would recommend Jabron and his team, without reservation, for any cleaning services you may be in search of.
Excellent service and professional operation. Work is done on time every time. If anything needs more attention or if there are any issues, they are on top of it. Jabron, our account rep, treats his relationship with us as if it was his own personal business. I simply can’t say enough awesome things about Jabron and Jan-Pro. I wish I had found them sooner. One of the most professional organizations I have dealt with in a long time.
Had some issues with the wax job that was done, but the General Manager Jabron Webster came out and scheduled his main tech to come out and fix everything for us. Great customer service! Thank you!
