I Went In As Usual For A Pedicure With My Husband Yesterday... Usually My Pedicures Are Great But Not Yesterday ud83dude15 They Had A Young Boy To Do It This Time & I’m Sure He Was New Because My Husband Was Getting A Bomb Massage; Being That I Always Get The Deluxe Package With The Oil Massage & All. But This Boy Didn’t Do Any Of What My Husband Got ! It’s Like I Let My Two Year Old Niece Rub My Feet. He Didn’t Even Apply The Lotion!!! I Asked For A Cap To Be Put On One Of My Toenails Because It Had Broken Off. He Did It But It’s Bulky & Wide ud83dude11 So I Shaped It & Made It Look NORMAL Myself.. The Next Time I Will Ask For Someone EXPERIENCED. The Older Guys Always Do A Great Job!

I absolutely love this nail salon, they have great customer service and they follow Covid protocol to keep their staff and customers safe. I usually get my nails done by Teresa and they always look exactly how I want themnI definitely would recommend them to anybody

The owner was rude and disrespectful. Was arguing with a client in front of other clients. That's not how you handle business, maintain professionalism or keep customers. Completely overpriced! The owner continued chastising his client while she was on the phone completely ignoring him to further avoid ridicule. The owner continued adding on fees to the service that was not rendered. The owner continued to escalate the problem and was belligerent. Strongly suggest a business etiquette class. When you are in a business of serving customers, at no point should you act out of character or be disrespectful to anyone who is paying for your services.The client appeared to be satisfied with her nails but it was the unprofessionalism for me. I will never step foot into this establishment again and wish others would spend their hard earned money elsewhere in a place they are VALUED! Please look at other reviews on this nail salon and read how the owner (Jay) responds to them. You can see how he's rude and demeaning towards other previous clients. If that's how he responds, you can only imagine how he is in person and what I witnessed was an utterly and complete disgrace. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY GHETTO!!!!

My daughter came to this nail salon to get her nails done for her birthday that was the next day. This location was very unprofessional her nails were too long for her age. My daughter stated the man was very rough on her nails and when I came back to ask them to fix it. The salon wanted to charge me over 20 dollars to fix them ( basically a polish change). I had spend more money to take my daughter to another salon. Thank god the other salon I went to they where very nice since it was her birthday and gave me discount. From my experience don’t go to this salon unprofessional people and they don’t do good work.
