Karina is my absolute favorite. Ideally, I will go see her once a month. She does an amazing job with the massage and is a really good vibe reader. I honestly feel like she’s one of my girlfriends when I go see her. She’s honestly the best. The shop is clean, they are punctual, everyone is super sweet and friendly, it smells amazing, and the music is nice & progressive. Always happy to return. :)
Just wanted to give another review- I’ve been seeing Kiah now for 6months for my brows to be waxed and tinted and I love it. My browns look amazing all month long and I love the experience.nI recently got a facial by Kiah as well and she really knows her stuff. She gave me a super easy routine to start with and I appreciate how knowledgeable she is. She really knows her craft. Always a great and pleasant experience.
Sheena has been doing my lashes since she started in 2018. I receive compliments about my lashes everywhere I go. She keeps her area sanitized, neat and she makes sure I’m comfortable during the whole process. Since Sheena has started doing my lashes, I don’t trust anyone else to enhance my lashes. I recommend her to everyone I know!!
My experience at Pooler Day Spa was exceptional! Sheena Holmes was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. As per my request, she created a natural glam look just for me that was exquisite! Thank you, Sheena! I'll definitely be back!
No so great customer service.nPlease be aware that if you need to reschedule for ANY REASON, you will be charged %100 of the service, no exceptions. I've been a regular for well over a year, but because of this policy, I am no longer a customer. {edit to add} It was impossible to reschedulel within 24 hours (their policy) because the appointment was made for the same day.
