I LOVE THIS NAIL SHOP!!! Minnie is my favorite nail tech. My nails are not the best looking since I've bitten them most of my life, but she never judges them! She always takes great care of them and nurtures back to where they are supposed to be. Annie is my favorite pedicure person! She takes great care of my feet and when Minnie is not there to do my nails Jade does them. I love this nail shop!

There are many more places in Pooler to have the nails done ., I did my nails on Wednesday and by Thursday ( thanksgiving) there where already chipping. I drove on Friday and they closed earlier and today the owner just told me to comeback tomorrow because she is busy and she doesn’t have time for me .nI’m done with rudeness and not professionalism. On top of that their employees can’t have regular costumers . The owner choose who can do the service .nHaving the nails done takes time and it is not free!i I don’t think nobody deserve to be treated the way she treated me . Pretty much she told me to leave . Also the sign that says “ eyelashes extensions “ is not exactly what they are advertising , they use a black glue that the only way can come of is pulling your real lashes off .nI came back after the lashes because the nail service was not that bad . But if I spent $50 dollars i expect my nails to last more than one day . I hope nobody experience what just happened to me .

I tried this place because the regular salon I use was fully booked until January 5th. So since this place was around the corner, I decided to give it a try. I had a SNS and pedicure done. The man that did my nails only soaked them for a few minutes and then took a drill brush to remove the rest. I thought it was sort of strange...Once he completed my nails it looked like my 9 yr old grand daughter had done them. My nails had areas that was missing the polish and areas that had clumps of whatever underneath the sns polish. It doesn't even look like the dipping was done by a professional. It appears like this was his first time doing it or he isn't good at what he does. I'm so mad and disappointed because with the pricing you would expect a quality performance. This is my first and last time visiting this establishment. You only get one chance to mess me up!

I went the day after my birthday because it was the only place around open on a Sunday. I asked for a lavender to white ombré. The man who did my nails was obviously not used to doing ombré. He did it backwards, so now it just looks like the tips of my nails are purple. Seriously disappointing, and too overpriced for how bad of a job he did.

Ruined my nails. They filed my SNS all the way off... when it’s so easy to soak it off after filing a little off.nnCharged 10 when a soak says 7...nnThe lady was rude. I don’t know why I came here.
