Two times online to book a massage only to find they didn't have someone there to specialize in stress and neck. Why exist? If you can't employ people to give massages in the areas at any given time? How are you profitable?
Everyone was super nice and professional! My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and it was amazing. We were even a little late but they accommodated our time. Highly recommend! :)
Have enjoyed my massages and facials here for about 3 years. I would definitely reccommend them to anyone.
Extremely mediocre massage and atmosphere.. I would recommend going to smaller, locally owned place rather than these chain places. You'll have a much better experience. Don't get your hopes up for these places.
The front desk have very little regard to customer service. Michelle I have been told is the manager, with her attitude that would explain the service. I have had wonderful massages, but have cancelled my membership and have found another company that appreciates my business.
