Mr. Negrin was so professional and confident in the possible sale of my property. Where I didn't see a way he did. He was able to communicate effectively and efficiently with me and my sister who also acted on my behalf as I worked a very demanding job. I felt comfortable and relieved to have found the perfect person to assist me with the sale of my home. Linda Bell with Crowe Realty is absolutely fantastic! She was our realtor when we purchased our home in 2014! We were first time home buyers at a really young age! She walked us through each step of the way. She was very patient and understanding with us. Because of our previous good experience with her; We knew we wanted Her to help us sell our house with her this year when it came time to selling. She was so knowledgeable with everything from staging, pricing, and the whole selling process. I could not recommend her more! We were first time sellers and she walked us through the entire process seamlessly. From the day the house went on the market, we had a 10 showings and 2 offers and were under contract in 5 days! She is very knowledgeable about her field and you can truly tell she loves what she does!
