Several years ago I was considering down grading to a smaller house. I contacted Cecilia Bird to help me review my options. She presented several common sense solutions, that allowed me to make the best choice for myself. Upon finishing our business Cecilia graciously informed me if that if I needed any assistance with my property needs, to “Contact her” for she knew many people in the Richmond Hill area. I have taken advantage of her offer several times to get “qualified” plumber, handy men, carpenters, and general laborers. Cecilia is not satisfied wIth being a great realtor in Richmond Hill, so she separates herself from the pack by the relationship she maintains with her clients. And with the array of help she can call upon for her customers, they are bound to stay happy.

The greater Bryan County area has several astute real estate professionals, but one stands out in my mind, Ms. Cecilia Bird. Ms. Bird has comprehensive knowledge of Richmond Hill properties and is always eager to share her expertise in a warm and friendly manner. On several occasions I have consulted with Ms. Bird on short notice --she was very prompt and cognizant of exactly what I sought to examine. Cecilia's sharp mind and ability to integrate the desired property criteria is always evident. Honesty, friendliness and professionalism are qualities seldom seen in the public domain, yet I have always observed these in Cecilia, which is rare and refreshing. Whether you are new to the area or a long time resident, you will benefit greatly from contacting this wonderful real estate agent. She exudes confidence and charm daily; finding that in today's real estate market is exceedingly rare! Richmond Hill is a better place to live because Cecilia is here to gladly assist in buying or selling a home or property!

We met Cecilia by chance when we were possibly moving here to Richmond Hill from Florida. We happened to be driving by a house that she had listed and met her in the yard. It was a chance meeting but definitely a wonderful coincidence. She immediately made time for us that weekend to look at a few homes. At this point we were not remotely certain about the move but that didn't discourage her from spending time with us. We did not contact her again for many months but when we did we picked right up where we left off. She was patient with us and paid close attention to the things we needed. At one point she did a Facetime showing with us on a home when we couldn't get to Georgia to see the home for ourselves. Once we found some potential homes she negotiated flawlessly on some of our concerns in the closing deal. We never doubted her expertise or her attention to our situation, being that we were doing all of this long distance from Florida. I would never consider another real estate agent because I feel she is the best there is. We love the home she found us and appreciate all that she did to make it happen. I recommend Cecelia without any doubt!

We relocated from Charlotte to Richmond Hill to be closer to my daughter, grandsons, and son-in-law. My wife has Arthritis and was unable to travel from Charlotte to help look for our new house. Cecilia, my daughter and I looked at several homes. Cecilia knew the area well and what was available in our price range. She found us a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and most importantly only five minutes from my daughter. My eldest grandson is just a few houses up from ours. My wife loved the house as soon as she walked in the door. There is no way we would have found such a beautiful home in a short amount of time without Cecilia’s help.

Cecilia Bird has been wonderful as a property manager. As a tenant we have never had such a professional team as PMs. She is always making sure things are done in time and in a professional way when it comes to repairs or maintenance. We are so happy with her that we are using her as our realtor when buying our 1St home and later to be the PM of that house. Thank you Cecilia and Amanda for all you do!
