Renee, Cathleen and the rest of their team assisted me in the processnof building a new home. Let me start by saying when one of thesentalented women represents you, you don’t just get access to one ofnthem, you get the entire team. Renee assisted me from the initialnselection of the property, design and the entirety of the homenbuilding process to include assistance with the home loan process.nDuring this time, she absolutely exceeded all my expectations in everynaspect. Renee even went above and beyond to help me fill out somenpaperwork for the HOA while I was overseas, she really is a master atnher craft that cares about her clients. Throughout the entire process,nRenee was my realtor but Sharon checked in from time to time to ensurenthat all my needs were met. I was most impressed during closing, wenhad a couple issues through no fault of Renee, but Renee and Cathleennreally came together to solve some problems that may have been a dealnbreaker with any other team, I was able to close on time with verynlittle stress on my part. Overall, Renee, Cathleen and their team arenthe best in the business, they are smart, highly competent and willnfight to get you the best service possible. My husband and I worked with Ms. Cathleen to buy our home in Guyton. She was so helpful! My husband was overseas and I was living in out of state. On top of that we bought a new construction home. She kept us informed and updated throughout the process. She also fought for us at the end by saving us some money. We were supposed to bring in cash, but we actually received money back! Which was AWESOME! I would Highly recommend her and her team! The definitely have your best interest at heart.
