Carin helped me buy my house, and kept in touch with us for the years we lived there. She became more of a friend than anything else, because she is just a great person overall. When it came time to sell, she was on top of everything. In a 16 year military career I have never closed on a purchase or the sale of a house as fast as when Carin was the realtor on the job. Nobody else in any other state was even close to as fast, and she made sure we had a good offer and that we had the best possible deal we could get.

Carin was awesome! I was new to the house buying process and she helped break everything down without a worry. Every question I had, she had an answer or she knew who to speak with to get the answer. Recently closed on a home in Richmond Hills, GA with Carin and she was an excellent resource. Due to Covid, I was unable to physically be in Georgia at all during my search and the actual closing on a home. She, however, was able to facilitate video calls to show homes and communicate any questions I had. She was also able to convey a feel for the town despite my having never visited it. Finally, and most importantly, she was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Moving here from another state, Carin made the process as seamless as possible. She was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Since we had to travel a ways to view prospective homes, Carin was flexible in working with our schedule. We were impressed with her negotiating skills also. She represented us well. We would definitely recommend Carin to others.
