I'm new to Dunahm Marsh and am stunned at the poor judgement of this new HOA administrator - Liz. My husband is deployed, and I had a contractor stop by to quote a repair on my house. The contractors truck (F-250) was parked in front of my house while he was quoting the job and I received a notice in the mail a few days later with a fine from Liz and Associates that I was not allowed to be parked on the road. This was a contractor and his truck wouldn't fit in my drive way. He was temporarily there. It's said they dont say anything to the landscape people. Or better yet, they don't say anything to their family, Ernest Homes, when they contractors are parked in the street or when their realtors are parked in the street showing a house. Absurd management company and I'll never due business with them, their realtors, or their family (Ernest) when I move.

Nice enough people but property upkeep is a free for all, no consistency.
