I have had the pleasure of working with Ashley at Disciple Property Management. She is an AMAZING team member and the company is blessed to have her. They have been working extremely well for my family and I and I am truly grateful.

They do not execute management in accordance to their management agreement, lease the tenants sign, or expectations established prior to renting your property, which in the end equates to additional expenses charged to homeowner. I spent more time managing my management company than actually dealing with my property. Their prices may be the best in the area but they will make it up in other charges. They have lost my business and my trust.

Bad business do not rent from this company. They will whittle your deposit down to nothing when you move out, falsely claiming damages that were there when you moved in.

Go with Tommy Barela instead of these people!nAs a homeowner I DO NOT reccomend them at all. I have been with them for about 4 years and I want to switch to a different management and instead of being greatful for the years I have been with them, they are telling me that they will be literally kicking out the current tenants because neither I or my new property management will be able to contact them to let them sign a new lease agreement. I feel bad for the current tenants because those are not our intentions, I hope they go on here and give them the zero stars they deserve. They also were unable to rent out our home for about 4 months last year and my house if right behind Richmond Hill Elementary which shows how little they do to rent out properties.nJust very poor all around.nI will plug Tommy Barela because the reason I will be switching is he makes himself available and his wife is an amazing realtor already gets tagged daily on many social media platforms when people are in need of renting or buying. Definitely save yourself from headaches and go with them.nBelow is the email they sent my husband.

Disciple has truly excelled at taking care of all parties (home owners and tenants)nnJane, Ashley, Donna and Shelby are always wonderful to work with and some of the most genuine folks around while treating all fairly. Highly recommend!
