Chris has been great so far.nnFriendly, informative, and upfront with everything so far, he laid out how the homebuying process works from start to finish.nnTime will tell if five stars hold up, but I'm confident for now.

Ask for Kim Kersey just so you know what deceptive looks like. While the home buying process went just like any other, she was caught having back channel communication with people she did not represent. Communication is fine as it is needed, but the problem is she was caught disclosing personal information and complaining, to those people in question, about those she was supposed to serve. You have to hold her hand and constantly give her direction. Autonomy isn’t a word she knows. You have to closely monitor what she does to make sure she does it. When she fails to make contractual amendments, she will not admit to her shortcoming. Her feelings get hurt very easily when you hold her accountable. Someone that works with her regularly didn’t hold back to tell us she will play both sides to avoid to avoid being a responsible proxy in a mortgage transaction. Sorry I couldn’t be at the closing, but you know how to find me if you want to schedule a time to discuss your shortcomings in person
