Mrs. Ortiz was phenomenal!!! She is an absolute dream to have as a realtor. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions. She was more than willing to assist me with any questions and discuss any concerns with me. She is a sweetheart and is easy to speak with. I can assure she has a lot of patience as well, if you ask a 1000 questions as I did. If you're looking for your dream forever home, she is the one to call. Lisa Ortiz did an outstanding job selling my family home. She covered all of the details and made it a very simple process for me! Lisa is very knowledgeable in her field and I highly recommend her to anyone who has realty needs. The advertising she did to market the home was amazing including detailed pictures and an incredible video describing the property. Within 3 days of listing the home, we had multiple offers! Needless to say, I will not hesitate to call Lisa again to assist with any real estate needs I have in the future!

Lisa made buying and selling our homes feel so easy! She is knowledgeable about the current market, and gives you her honest advice in all situations. She is easy to communicate with and working with Lisa feels like you are working with a friend or family member. She was always there when we asked her to help us with either making a decision, doing a walk through or closing on our home. I would 100% work again with Lisa as my realtor l, and have already given her name to friends looking to buy or sell their home. I could not imagine having someone else help us in buying and selling our homes!

Lisa is amazing!!!!! Very welcoming, knowledgeable, always there when you need anything. We waited a year after moving to Pooler to buy a house.
