AWESOME! Needed to find a home for a friend, and BINGO...done! Called the office on a Friday evening after hours, and left a message. The Bocook Team called me back within 20 minutes. After letting Ashley know what my friend was looking for I was able to drive out to the house that evening to see the place. My friend loved the place! She needed to move in ASAP, and since the house was new construction my friend was able to move into the home the following week! My husband, and I purchased our home in 2004 through Bocook Realty, and my family has been friends with The Bocook Family, and the Bocook Realty Team ever since. WE LOVE RANDY!!!!!!!

Randy and his amazing tribe are amazing! Without their kindness, professionalism and personal touch, we would not have found an amazing house to rent. As tenants, they have been responsive, caring, understanding.. and because of our interactions, I consider them Friends. Not only are we happy as renters, but we are mind-made-up that they will find us an amazing house soon to transition. Caring and professionalism are just a few of some of the attributes these amazing people personify.

I highly recommend Bocook Realty for all of your home buying/selling/property management needs. We relocated to Richmond Hill four years ago. Ashley Jarrett Johnson and Randy Bocook made the buying process easy. They truly go above and beyond to help their clients. We again needed their services in August 2020. We wanted to put our house on the market and purchase property to build our forever home. Ashley again, went above and beyond to help us with the process. I have now had the pleasure of working with Tara Hook on the Bocook Realty Team, not only in purchasing our families personal home but also investment properties as well and I’m here to say she is an absolutely amazing realtor! More importantly, Tara is a friend and an extremely hard working individual. She is always responsive, goes out of her way for her clients, and makes sure your best interest is at heart for the duration of the buying/selling process. Bocook Realty is an amazing asset to the Savannah area. The staff is phenomenal and works diligently to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. They care about their customers and were helpful to us long after the sale. Ashley and her team are the best and the knowledge, professionalism, and care that they show is hard to find these days. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking to buy or sale your home!
