I can't say enough about the Hupman Group. They are wonderful group of realtors who have worked with me from the beginning. I contacted them and hired them as my realtors in October 2020. We had work to do on the house before it could be put on the market. Due to my migraines, it's taken until February to finish. They were understanding and never pushed me about putting it on the market before it was ready. They kept in contact with me and were sensitive to my issues. We finally finished and had photos and video taken and placed it on the market Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021. We had an offer the first day, had viewings Friday and Saturday. We received two additional offers. Based on their experience and recommendations, we had a signed contract on Sunday.nI couldn't have imagined the house selling as fast as it did. I had tried selling it on my own for 8 months without much interest. I totally recommend The Hupman Group to sell your home. They will do whatever it takes to sell your home.

Outstanding! This was our second home buying experience, but our first in Georgia, so we had only a rough idea of what to expect. Naturally being a first time home owner, especially during these trying times, can be a bit scary, but with prayer and the professionalism of this group, I was put at ease. I had a few scares here and there and had some anxiety attacks, but they where there to walk me through everything.nnI Just got done with closing today and have nothing but positive words to say about this group and our agent, Mandy.
