I have been taking my uniforms here last 5 months and not a single issue. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. My clothes are always looking good. Great place.

Bad Impression: They completely ruined a $65.00 Calvin Kline silk tie when pressing. I only wore it once, the tag on the back was actually frayed from the pressure they put on it when they pressed it. They also starched and laundered three $110 silk Tommy Bahamas Camp shirts that were supposed to be dry cleaned. One was very badly stained from their chemicals. After 2 redo's they starched them again! Finally, 2 of the 3 shirts are good but the third still has traces of stains from their cleaning solution. The owner of the store refuses to make it right first blaming his counter girl and then blaming me saying the stains were on the shirt before cleaning. I lay out every shirt on their counter BEFORE cleaning to point out any stains, there is no question this damage was caused by Bad-Impressions Day Cleaners. They didn't even refund the money they charged me(cleaning charge) to ruin the tie and the shirt. The owner of this place is not a very good business man, I give them a lot of business and if he would just step up and make it right all would be forgiven. But, refusing to take responsibility for damages his business did to my clothes and refusing to refund the charges for the cleaning is not good business. I won't be back.

While the turn around time was very fast and everyone was friendly, the quality was poor. I had some things dry cleaned and other shirts just pressed. I had to iron everything myself again. The shirts looked worse when I picked them up than when I dropped them off. The difference being that now they were stiffly wrinkled as opposed to just wrinkled. Very disappointing after spending 60 bucks.

Always friendly.. My washer and dryer were lost during my move and I take my uniform and laundry in once a week and it's always done before I'm off work.
