If you live in Richmond Hill, don't go anywhere else but here! I explained what I needed to the gentleman and he listened, asked additional questions, and made sure he knew exactly what I needed. I was looking for the wrong thing, and he guided me in the right direction.. he took a lot of time to make sure i had what i needed. Best customer service I have ever experienced at a hardware store. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Here’s the thing: There’s a global pandemic. Everyone—not just Georgians—are strongly urged to wear masks to prevent unwittingly spreading COVID-19. I don’t care how good the merchandise selection is: Not a single employee was wearing a mask. This singular act is a failure in management to help ensure the well-being and safety of every person who walks through that door. Albeit less convenient, I’ll take my business to the ACE up the road where EVERY SINGLE employee wears a mask.
