Love this location. Employees always wear their masks the correct way. I have gone out of my way to go to this Subway because they seem to be the only fast food restaurant in the area wear their masks probably. Never had an issue with my order.

It took at least an hour to complete my order. I chose the curbside pickup. I ordered and received an email confirmation that it was almost ready. I got there and my phone died. I waited 10 minutes more and went in and they said they were working on it. I went back to the car to wait and watched three cars go through the drive thru and at least 6 people come in and out. I came back in to the store. The employee that had been doing drive through had made him a sandwich for a break and was getting him a drink. He asked how and was and I said not well and explained the time frame I had been waiting. He did postpone his break to go START my order (an hour later). This is not the first issue we have had with this store. It is just the first time I have let them know my opinion.

Great location on a busy section of state road 434 in Longwood. Recently moved from its original location, the new location is spacious and very clean although I personally thought that they kept the AC turned down a bit too low. Service is fast and friendly and the food was prepared to order.

I placed an order through the app and when I picked it up through the drive thru, the guy that attended me lacked customer service skills. He was loud and said my order wasn’t ready because they were very busy. When I got home the sandwiches looked like a complete mess. Almost like they threw it on the bread...literally. It hardly had any tuna (practically meatless) on it and I could count the shreds of lettuce and it was missing the onions that I asked for. I’ll never order from there again.

This will be the 4th time I've told you this, Change your hours online. Just came to get a sandwich and your already closed whence again
