BATS Taxi

30 minutes late to pick me up. I called their customer service and they did answer and were helpful, but they had to find a car to ping to be like hi someone is waiting. So the car wasn’t even on its way before that, who knows if I’d ever have been picked up otherwise. Had to cancel and get my brother to drive me. Never again

I was depending on them to come pick me up for an important medical appointment. They were supposed to pick me up at 7:20 am. It was 7:30, and still no taxi. I called and the girl that answered said “Oh, we’re still looking for a driver.” Really? Now I have to reschedule my appointment and hope that I don’t have any further medical issues because I couldn’t make the appointment.

I was contracted as a driver at BATs for a few months earlier this year. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. They do an excellent job of providing support for their drivers while respecting the unique boundries that make working as an independent contractor the special thing that it is. I would recommend this job to anyone who likes having a lot of freedom and doesn't mind constantly adapting to a wild variety of customers.

Great service, on time and delivered as promise. I used them twice this past weekend, once to get from Pass-a-Grille to Clearwater and another to get from Clearwater to the Tampa Airport. The trip to the airport was especially huge because another service no showed on me and luckily these guys bailed me out big time. They have a great dispatch service and they text you notification when the taxi is booked so you know it was booked properly. You can even track the driver’s status in the same text message with a link they send. Both drivers were extremely friendly too and great to talk to during the ride. Thanks guys for all your help!

Needs to stop focus on tourist and take care of locals. We are the ones that should be 1st priority and giving times that double from time said. I will no longer use you and spread the word cause you all don't care. No wonder lyft and Uber are stealing business.
